  Jim Prendergast: (10:53) @Evan - also remember there was an IRP decision against ICANN the unearthered some instances of involvement by ICANN legal team in the CPE process that was supposed to be completely independent.  As a result the Board ordered a 3rd party review of the CPE process.  Were still waiting ont he results of that.  According to board meeting notes, the CPE provider has been slow to respod to requests for information.
