Alan Greenberg:@Tropina, no that is not the case. Regular Bylaws can be passed by the Board with no Empowered Community action (following a public comment on the draft Bylaws). But the EC can then overturn them if it wished.

Silvia Vivanco:Specifically, in the AFRALO poll, 57.69% (30) of the 52ALSes participate with 30 ALSesin favor, 0against, and 0abstention. In the EURALOpoll, 61.11% (22) of the 36 ALSes participated with 20 in favor, 1against, and 1 abstention. Inthe NARALO poll, 87.50% (21) of the 24 ALSes(the group of NARALO Individual Members was given one vote and treated as an ALS in this poll)participated with 19 in favor, 2 against, and 0 abstention.
