Phil has significant experience counseling clients on Internet governance matters and a unique wealth of knowledge about the domain name industry, including management of global domain name portfolios, recovery of domain names from cybersquatters worldwide, and the development and execution of new generic Top-Level Domain (gTLD) objection, acquisition and management strategies.
