b. Trial of Detailed Evaluation Tools:
- 5 "sample" EoIs to be used again for this process
- Section A of each "sample" EoI made visible

4. Sub-Committee on Plan for Candidate Evaluation (Julie, Jordi, Vanda)
This Sub-Committee has been actively working on the Candidate Evaluation process and associated schedule covering the period from Deadline for Submission of EoIs on Friday 18 November 2016 to producing the Final Slate of Candidates on Thursday 22 December 2016. As part of our discussions, a few issues have been identified requiring BCEC discussion:
- Terminology
- List of All Candidates - those Candidates who have submitted a valid Expression of Interest by the deadline of 2359 Friday 18 November 2016
- Shortlisted Candidates - those Candidates who proceed from Initial Evaluation to Detailed Evaluation
- Final Slate of Candidates - those Candidates who proceed to voting by the ALAC and 5 RALO leaders
- Publication of Shortlisted Candidates
- References
- List of Questions to Referees to answer (as in NomCom)
- “Tidy up” EoIs before sending to Referees (as in NomCom)
- Deadline for Submission of References (2359 UTC Friday 2 December 2016)
