The M-Enabling Conference is a new conference  with it's  fifth year in Washington, DC  inviting major companies, government and  advocacy agencies to a two day event.

Outreach involved the  distribution of the ALAC/NARALO  USB and information to specific  Special Needs groups  ie. National  Association of the Blind and others

Special effort to outreach to Andrea Saks of  ITU who is their special advisor on  Disability issues

In addition slides and contacts on Disability Issues supplied to the  Accessibility WG and to  ICANN staff
