ALAC Sub-Committee on Finance and Budget (FBSC)

The ALAC Sub-Committee on Finance and Budget is tasked with preparing Statements and requests related to the ALAC's Strategy and Finance. It is a globally balanced group which needs to include, at all times, at least one member of the ALAC from each Regional At-Large Organisation and at least a couple of At-Large members from each Regional At-Large Organisation.

Whilst all calls of the FBSC are open to observers, membership of the working group is closed. Only RALOs can nominate members to the FBSC upon request by the Chair of the FBSC.

More specifically the tasks of the FBSC include but are not limited to:

- Coordination of the annual additional Budget Requests from the ALAC and the RALOs that will be filed to go into the yearly ICANN budget

- Drafting of any Statement regarding the ICANN Budget Process

- Drafting of any Statement regarding the ICANN Strategic Process

- Drafting of any Statement regarding ICANN's Operating plan

- Issues involving Constituency Travel Budgets
