- Consensus - Online vote - Staff to run the survey (no country co-efficient calculation)
- Decision: Staff will run the poll as normally done, including the country coefficient.
- Alberto Soto and Humberto Carrasco to send the wording of the vote to staff and Timeframe to run the poll
