Secondly whats our scope of work and are we to provide reccommendation to AFRALO or we are to directly source for leaders?

I think we need to recall the reason why this taskforce came to place which is to intentionally source for representation. I don't know how being a reccommendation wg will help in that. I think while we reccommend, we should also act
