4.0 COLLOBORATING WITH ICANN IT STAFF REGARDING ADOBE CONNECT

• collaborating on documenting key Adobe Connect features that many users may not be aware of. One feature to be installed is AC audio dial out. Tested on  Thursday 06 March 2014 at 1430 UTC
• work with ICANN IT staff to troubleshoot reports made by several At-Large users that Adobe Connect (AC) on Linux doesn't work.

Some of the issues:

• inconsistent meeting titles (some had dates in the meeting pages, some did not)
• some of the Confluence Page URL's Contain pageId Instead of The Page Title

Format : using Heading 1, <name of WG> <date in yyyy-mm-dd> Teleconference
(We are using At-Large Technology Taskforce 2014-03-10 as an example) 

"Meeting information" in Heading 1  ; meeting information is stored in a table 

; Date and Time URL is http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?msg=At-Large+Technology+Taskforce&iso=20140310T11&p1=588&ah=1  - perhaps this can be programmed ?

Adobe Connect URL - almost never changes with the WG 

Adigo Conference IDs - these may change for a meeting depending on circumstances even though the link http://adigo.com/icann/ doesn't change

Two tables, one for attendance, one for Apologies

For names, use the "@" to autofill names to ensure consistency in spelling

Recording and Transcipts in H1 heading

Recording are MP3 files but should be consistently named and in lower case; suggestion is 

audio-<name of WG with dashes replacing spaces>-<date in yyyy-mm-dd>-<lang with 2 chars - en for English, fr for French, es for Spanish, etc>, so for At-Large Technology Taskforce 2014-03-10 the MP3 will be
audio-at-large-technology-taskforce-2014-03-10-en.mp3

for transcript naming, similar to audio but with "transcript" instead of "audio"

for Adobe Connect chat, similar to audio but with "chat" instead of "audio"
