  Oksana Prykhodko:yes
  Silvia Vivanco:ok
Fatima Cambronero:sorry, what was the question?
Silvia Vivanco:We are talking about the tools
  Fatima Cambronero:ok, thanks @Silvia
Silvia Vivanco:So what is the proposal Oksana? a summary in every language?
  Silvia Vivanco:at the end?
Silvia Vivanco:1 session to summarize the main points of the sessions
Oksana Prykhodko:@Silvia I am speaking about one final session in Russian
Oksana Prykhodko:we have interpretations into French, Spanish and so on
Dev Anand Teelucksingh:Two sessions for different time zones is good
sandra hoferichter:not sure then we should do all 6 UN languages
  Fatima Cambronero:yes, agree @Dev
Dev Anand Teelucksingh:its similiar to the Policy Webinar timings
Oksana Prykhodko:and we need some explanations in Russian
  Silvia Vivanco:@ Dev
Silvia Vivanco:correct that should not be difficult to implement
Fatima Cambronero:1 in March, 2 in April, 2 in May (you have 5 topics)
  Silvia Vivanco:Good point Dev
Silvia Vivanco:I share your concern re organizing a meeting before Singapore
Oksana Prykhodko:3 in April 2 in May
Silvia Vivanco:most staff travel on the week of 17th and are organizing meetings for Singapore
Silvia Vivanco:you can do 1 3rd week of April and more in May
  Silvia Vivanco:Good point Tijani
Fatima Cambronero:1 session per topic, we don't need a wide or deep explanation of each topic
Olivier Crepin-Leblond:15 sessions? How do you reach that number?
Fatima Cambronero:we also have at the same time the meeting of each RALO, of WGs and ALAC
Fatima Cambronero:we cannot create expert with this Webinars, I don't understand PDP yet :)
Dev Anand Teelucksingh:@Oliver - it was orignially suggested to have 2 sessions on the same policy session - similiar to the ICANN policy webinar to cater for all regions
  Fatima Cambronero:*experts
  carlos dionisio aguirre:@fatima aagre
carlos dionisio aguirre:is very difficult to create experts in webinars
  Fatima Cambronero:yes
carlos dionisio aguirre:the difficulty have to do in many cases with different languajes and translations. and in other cases with the lack cappacity of explanation the speaker,  many times an expert but not a good teacher
Silvia Vivanco:right Tijani, people forget if its too early in advance
Silvia Vivanco:Yes, Oksana a short quiz could be done at the end
  Silvia Vivanco:like Diplo courses do
  Silvia Vivanco:perhaps
Oksana Prykhodko:and maybe one additional webinar based on the result of this quiz
Silvia Vivanco:Within staff there are good teachers
  Oksana Prykhodko:Janice!
Silvia Vivanco:who have done trainings in the past
Silvia Vivanco:yes, for example, but many members of the staff are good teachers
carlos dionisio aguirre:may be we need to explore for other speakers
carlos dionisio aguirre:we need experts, but also who can explain in plain english those topics. we dont need to insist with the same speakers all the time.
sandra hoferichter:thank you Tijani well done!
  carlos dionisio aguirre:of course IMHO
  Darlene Thompson:GREAT JOB!
Dev Anand Teelucksingh:Thanks Tijani, everyone ; take care all
  carlos dionisio aguirre:Bye
