This question was originally set up to consider mandatory data elements (e.g. whether personal names, organizational names and addresses should be translated or transliterated), but could also consider gTLD coverage, whether it should be mandatory to translate/transliterate contact information associated with all gTLDs as well as for all registrants in all countries.

Note that there is/will be a separate PDP on the items to be translated and/or transliterated.

What is the minimum that needs to be translated and/or transliterated? What would be optional?
