Update from Nora on the Online Learning Platform (OLP), which is now updated on the Community wiki under GSE as well. Additionally, please go to the ICANN website at learn.icann.org and participate in Nora’s current work.
· The Online Learning Platform design is being tweaked by consultant "Moodle" and will be viewable at the end of this week. Once approved, it will be applied to the site at learn.icann.org.
· As of 23 September, content for the Latin America course will be finalized; it will be translated into multiple languages over the next 2 weeks.
· Additional languages for the of the ICANN 101 course will be added today and tomorrow; the menu online will be set up to reflect that work.
· Two modules have been created: 'how to make a course' and 'how to use the site' ;these will be added in the next few weeks and translated into the UN 5 languages.
· A 'Request A Course' section will be included in the future as well.
· An Online Learning Advisory Committee will soon be created, made up of community members interested in building courses and weighing in on how best to leverage the OLP to benefit everyone.
