6. Evan has resubmitted a formal budget ith input by Wolf L.(EURALO) to cover the expense of a) tradeshow space, b) a banner and/or stuff for a booth, c) regional travel for two local people to each of CEBIT, Computex and CES

9. Setting expectations, tactics, strategies, and goals for this effort

Terminology For Reference
Outreach: Providing services to persons and groups who do not have immediate access to a service (In our case, a channel to access ICANN's policy process for those who would benefit)
Recruitment: Attracting, selecting and accepting candidates (In our case suitable potential NARALO members)
Capacity Building: Improving skills and effectiveness of group members to achieve greater results (In our case making better use of our collective resources and educating membership)
