iii. IDN Variant TLD Program – Interim Report Examining the User Experience Implications of Active Variant TLDs - Edmon Chung has confirmed that a draft statement is being prepared for IDN WG discussion prior to ALAC consultation and vote. Target submission is during the Reply period, which closes 13 December 2012
v. IDN Variant TLD Program – Procedure to Develop and Maintain the Label Generation Rules for the Root Zone in Respect of IDNA Labels - A response in the form of a letter to the IDN Variant TLD Program Team has been drafted and commented upon by members of the IDN WG with concurrent ALAC consultations. The ALAC is scheduled to vote from Nov 20-26 and submission will be made directly to the IDN Variant TLD Program by Rinalia Abdul Rahim outside of the Public Comments period as agreed upon in Toronto during the IDN WG meeting.
