ALAC and Regional Leaders Workshop
- Indian ALSes are to liaise through Staff so as to better associate themselves with the multi-stakeholder process within ICANN.
- IDN WG Members are to join the ccTLD discussions.
- Matt Ashtiani is to work with Bart Boswinkel and update the mapping of ccTLD operators.
- The ALAC is to ask for a meeting with the Board Finance Committee, the timing is to be discussed.
At-Large Future Challenges Working Group Public Workshop
- Heidi Ullrich is to work with the Chairs of the FCWG to ensure that the ICANN communications Department be approached for the purposes of outreach for the R3.
- Organize a webinar on the FCWG for mid-November. Members of the WG are to send Staff and the Co-Chairs suggestions for content by 9-Nov-2012.
- Matt Ashtiani to send out a call for suggestion by 26-Oct-2012.
At-Large Capacity Building: Next Steps
- Matt Ashtiani and Heidi Ullrich are to develop a Human resources Matrix.
- ALAC to vote on whether to establish a WG on capacity building in the Wrap up session on Thursday
Academy Working Group Session
- Sandra Hoferichter is to ensure the drafting team will draft a survey to be sent out to all SO and AC leaders, it will include very general questions which will build a foundation for the future effort of this working group. A first draft will be made by 26-Oct-2012 and will be discussed and sent out to this WG by 29-Oct-2012, for a review period of one week.
- Sandra Hoferichter will send the completed survey to Matt Ashtiani and Heidi Ullrich so they may work with ICANN Communications and send the survey out to the SO/AC Leadership List for a review period of one month.
