Cross-Community Collaboration to Deliver the New gTLD Program Next Round that We All Want

- 5 regionally break out sessions to take place within the ALAC room flip charts + 1 online break out group.

- GSE staff to be invited as speakers and part of the break out sessions.
- Amrita happy to have an organizing call with GSE
- Prep call to be held once all speakers are confirmed.
At-Large Community Priorities for Fiscal Years 2026–2030

- The Planning Team to be invited as observers.
- Promotion - Staff to invite Maartin and Chris, etc.
- Prep call to be held once all speakers are confirmed.
- Amrita Choudhury and Claire Craig to collaborate on the homework to be provided to interested participants.
- Claire Craig and the Small Team to be included in the session given their knowledge of the Strategy Plan.
- Amrita Choudhury , Claire Craig and Jonathan Zuck to discuss how to prepare people for this sesison (webinar?)
- Jonathan Zuck / Gisella Gruber to plan a two At-Large webinar with interpretation: 1) Overview - What to expect and how to prepare for ICANN81; 2) A deep dive into the topics being discussed during ICANN81. Might follow up with a video consisting of the webinar (for use during RALO calls) These are to be scheduled prior to Prep Week.
- RALO Chairs to raise the At-Large activities at ICANN81 during their monthly calls.
