Suggested timetable for gTLD RG during the Application Comment Period

The new gTLD Review Group (gTLD RG) agreed to the revised timetable

June 13Reveal Day - start of 60 day Application Comment Period (ACP)
until end of July 26

get comments from At-Large on the At-Large new gTLD Applications Dashboard Workspace (this would be  Figure 2 of the Procedure to submit comments on and file objections to new gTLDs  )

July 26 - July 27

gTLD RG would review comments on the At-Large new gTLD Applications Dashboard Workspace and decide whether to draft formal comments (this would be Figure 3 of the Procedure to submit comments on and file objections to new gTLDs )

July 26 - August 2

draft of formal comment posted on At-Large new gTLD Applications Dashboard Workspace and worked on by gTLD RG (this would be  Figure 4 of the Procedure to submit comments on and file objections to new gTLDs  )

August 2 to August 10

final comment posted by gTLD RG on August 3 for ALAC's approval (this would be Figure 5 of the Procedure to submit comments on and file objections to new gTLDs )

August 12ACP ends

 

 

June 13 - Reveal day - start of ACP
Figure 2 - to the end of July 26 - get comments from At-Large on the wiki
Figure 3 - July 26 - July 27 - this is when the RG would review
comments on the wiki and decide to draft formal comments
Figure 4 - July 26 - Aug 2 - draft of formal comment posted and worked on by RG
Figure 5 - Aug 3 - Aug 10 - final comment posted on August 3 for ALAC
to approve by August 10
