    • Special welcome to new member, Erie.
  2. Review Initial Report – Final Review Homework [docs.google.com]
  • NCSG suggested adding a list of acronyms to the document for clarity and asked for clarity on the terms "registered name holder" and "registrant", suggesting they should not be used interchangeably.
    • NCSG suggested a footnote linking to the updated registration data policy for context.
    • WG Chair acknowledged the points, mentioned that "registered name holder" is preferred, and invited staff to comment on the inclusion of an acronym list.
    • ICANN Org agreed for the inclusion of an acronym list in the document.
    • RrSG highlighted the potential impact of the privacy proxy obligations of the 2013 Registrar Accreditation Agreement on the transfer policy and recommended addressing these interdependencies.
