The association of the Internet Society in Tunisia "(ISOC Tunisia), type" scientific society "governed by Law No. 154 of November 7, 1959 promulgated by Act No. 90 of 2 August 1988 and Law No. 25, 2 April 1992 and signed by the statutes by the founders.
ISOC Tunisie a été créée suivant l'autorisation N° 5392 du 12/10/2006 et la quittance de dépôt N° 4185 du 01/08/2006. ISOC Tunisia was created following the approval No. 5392 of 12/10/2006 and receipt of deposit No. 4185 from 01/08/2006.
ISOC Tunisie est le chapitre officiel de l'organisation mondiale ISOC. ISOC Tunisia is the official chapter of the World Organization ISOC.ISOC Tunisie participe dans le programme initié par l'ICANN par la création du Comité ALAC (At-Large Advisory Committee). En tant que "Certified ICANN At-Large Structure", ISOC Tunisie participe au processus décisionnel de ICANN, qui est d'importance primordiale pour les utilisateurs d'Internet. As "At-Large Structure", ISOC Tunisia (totally independent of ICANN) is recognized that it meets the criteria of ICANN in relation to the involvement of individual Internet users at the local or topics included in the ICANN activities, and encouraging awareness and personal involvement in ICANN.
