AI: Dev will inform the regional members about the showcase WG during the next LACRALO call and ask them whether interpretation would increase participation

AI: Dev and Andres will draft the ALS factsheet template in EN and ES by 21

AI: Once the EN template form of the ALS Factsheet is finalized, At-Large Staff will follow up on the translation of the ES and PR version of the factsheet template
AI: Heidi will ask Christina Rodriguez whether it would be possible to hold it in the foyer and use the usual interpretation headsets from the adjacent meeting room
Heidi: Unfortunately, interpretation can only take place inside the Pagasis meeting room. Also, they informed me that the chairs and tables in Pagasis can not be moved.
AI: Dev will contact Alejandro Pisanty to find out whether he would be available for the keynote speech
Andres: we should be able to confirm AP as our keynote speaker shortly
AI: Dev and Andres will draft a sponsor letter for USD 1000 and send it to all four possible sponsor this week
Dev: not sent but ready to be sent
AI: Matthias will send Dev and Andres the sponsorship letter used by AFRALO

AI: Heidi will verify whether the wireless microphones are working outside the meeting room and whether it would be possible to have the event outside in the foyer

Andres: I think the letter is great and I could do a Spanish translation of it. There are some individuals from other organisations that we could send it to.
Finalize Draft Program and Speakers
Everybody agreed on the Draft program and speakers.
Do we need to confirm their participation individually? Should we give her a deadline, maybe Monday? Does she know this is only a 5 minute speech?
Review "in-reach" activities
AI: Sylvia will confirm Vanda's availability to speak at the showcase event
AI: Dev will confirm with Jose Ovidio and Cheryl Langdon-Orr whether they are able to speak during the scheduled time
AI: Dev will request the artwork from the LACRALO brochure from Sergio

Sponsorship Letter
AI: Dev will re-write the sponsorship letter. The letter should be on behalf of the WG Chair and the LACRALO Chair. Andres will translate it into ES and send it to ISOC, .co, LACNIC.
Heidi: does anyone of you know somebody at those organisations that we could address this letter to?
Dev: We can send it to Sebastian Bellagama from ISOC Latin America
Heidi: meetings confirmed that USD 1000 will be sufficient to cater to 60 participatns
AI: Heidi will ask meeting staff whether they have a picture of the Pagasis room and whether we can have the event in a corner, away from the tables and Chairs.
Sylvia: we should ask them to send videos if they can't participate at the showcase
Dev: I think this could lead to a timing issue, the video would have to be very short
AI: Dev will follow up with the ALS to see if they would be willing to submit a 30 seconds - 2 min video/slide show about the ALS.
AI: Heidi will follow up with Scott Pinzon to see whether the 2 minute videos could be shown on the ICANN information booth.
