Rule(s)
16.1 The Chairperson shall call upon speakers in the order in which they signify their wish
to speak.
16.2 The Chair may limit the time to be allowed to each speaker. The chair may also limit
the number of speakers on a question.
16.3 The consent of the Chair must be obtained whenever an observer wishes to address
the ALAC.
16.4 In a time constrained environment ALAC Members shall have precedence in the right
to speak, over any observers.
