Nathalie Peregrine:You need to have a microphone icon at the top of your toolbar. To the right of this icon, there is an arrow, there you have the choice to mute/unute. If you do not have a mike icon, you need to click on the phone icon, and "accept" everything to configure your PC mike for the AC room. It takes a second.
