The Chair commenced the meeting at 09:21 Paris time with an introduction of all the participants.
S Bachollet welcomed the Board to the ICANN Paris Meeting.

Discussion and Approval of draft Agenda for GA

A couple of changes were made to the GA agenda.

The Chair informed the Board that the summary minutes for the GA will be brief and will only include decisions and motions.

It was suggested that there would be no resolutions on agenda item 9 of the GA agenda (Review of EURALO’s by-laws and need for revision).

Call for Nomination and Introduction of EURALO ALAC candidates

The Chair will make a call for nominations for the available EURALO ALAC officer postion during the GA. The new European ALAC officer will replace V Cretu.
