The CyberSavvy Beginner's Guide, which is expected to be completed by the 44th ICANN Public Meeting in Prague, will focus on issues of direct relevance to consumers.

The ALAC and its Improvements Taskforce established that the ongoing responsibility for this Recommendation will be disseminated amongst Staff, ALAC, Regional Leadership, ALSes, and other relevant parties to ensure that the system is able to cope with the changing landscape of the consumer issues
