After considerable issue with dial out connections it was belatedly established that our teleconference meeting facilities were not showing as rebooked to the altered time for this months meeting and that no phone bridge or teleconference facilities were going to be available to allow for what was to be an important hybrid F2F with people attending the ICANN meeting in LA (including our guest newly appointed ALAC Liaison to the ICANN Board - Wendy Seltzer) and representatives and interested parties of ALS's in APRALO.
The meeting began (F2F only) at 2133hrs local LA time.
Present were: Rajnesh Singh (PICISOC & Chair of APRALO); Cheryl Langdon-Orr (ISOC-AU & APRALO appointment to the ALAC); Hong Xue (At-Large @ China); Karaitiana Taiuru (NZMIS); Jianchuan Zhang (JSC) and Wendy Seltzer (ALAC ICANN Board Liaison)
