CLO will draft an introduction to the synthesis document prepared by Staff. The completed Statement will be sent to the public consultation on Document Publication Operational Policy by 8 October.
Matthias to add the Statement on the SSAC retreat Agenda to the finished Statements section on the PAD.
Matthias to add a section on the PAD for ongoing working group activities. This concerns Post Expiration, SSAC IRD, Geographic Regions and IDNs in particular. The updated PAD will briefly be discussed during the ExCom meeting in Seoul.
Staff will ask the IRT WG to produce a Draft Statement on the Proposed Rights Protection Mechanisms in New gTLDs.
Staff to create a reading list for regional leaders/RALO officers for items to discuss in Seoul in which outcomes and regional perspectives will be required. This list (including relevant documents in appropriate translations where they exist) is to be sent out next week.
Staff to ask Patrick on whether ALAC should comment on SSAC Review - Draft WG Report - if yes, provide timings; also Patrick to involve DNS Sec Issues WG.
Cheryl to write note to Marco requesting a 7-14 day extension to SSAC review - Draft WG report

ALAC to write to Board/public participation committee commenting on high number of public comments that were released immediately prior to Seoul Meeting.
Matthias will start votes on Draft Implementation Plan and ALAC and ALAC Liaison PD on Thursday his time. He wil wait until Alan sends final version of the document.
Staff to create an At-Large wiki page with links to ICANNwiki and link to the Government Statements and a few images.
Staff to add text on current elections on top of election wiki page; staff to add column of regional representation to ALAC officers table; staff to remove extra columns next to Wendy's page.
Staff to add agenda item of "Affirmation of Commitments and its ramifications for ALAC and GAC" to ALAC/GAC lunch meeting on Sunday.
Nick to: 1) ensure mistakes on ISOC NY meeting announcement are corrected; 2) ensure Beau has correct information and that he realizes he will be seen as ALAC representative by meeting participants; 3) to ask Beau that Nick be on-line during meeting as a source of info to Beau.
