Measuring the success of a future Continuous Improvement Program

  • The group agreed that the roles of future Holistic Review Teams and ATRTs in assessing the Continuous Improvement Program required further discussion. In lieu of distinguishing each future review team’s role in the Pilot Holistic Review ToR, the group suggested that the language addressing future assessment of the Continuous Improvement Program read “future review teams”.

ToR document new structure and edits

  • The group agreed to the new document structure and the several content edits to the Pilot Holistic Review ToR document. They also identified additional elements that may require further clarification.

ToR definitions

  • The group agreed to continue work on the ToR definitions over the next week in order to complete the definitions section by the 2 June plenary call.

9 June Plenary Meeting

  • The group agreed that the 9 June plenary call may have reduced attendance due to Pilot Holistic Review ToR Team members traveling to ICANN 74. The group asked that alternative times be investigated.

ToR Definitions

  • The Coordination Group agreed that adding in previously proposed definitions to the ToR definitions section would help focus Pilot Holistic ToR Team discussions.

Action Items:

  1. Make requested edits to the Pilot Holistic Review ToR document and propose revisions based on Pilot Holistic Review ToR Team comments
  2. Pilot Holistic Review ToR Team to continue to work on the ToR definitions over the next week
  3. Investigate alternative times to the 9 June plenary call to increase potential attendance
  4. Add previously proposed definitions to the ToR section to focus Pilot Holistic ToR Team discussions
