Thought paper on ATRT3 objective C

  • The group agreed that the proposed approach of using the Holistic Review Pilot to develop principles & criteria in consultation with SO/AC/NomCom, ICANN org, and the ICANN Board is logical and a good way to make the objective actionable for the pilot.

Objectives section of ToR

  • The group agreed that the proposed approach in the thought paper on ATRT3 objective C would likely also benefit objectives A, B, and D.

Delivery of ToR group emails

  • The Coordination Group agreed that recent group emails have not reached the entire Pilot Holistic Review ToR Team group list.

Integration of ATRT3 objective C thought paper into ToR

  • The Coordination Group agreed that the proposed approach of using the Holistic Review Pilot to develop principles & criteria in consultation with SO/AC/NomCom, ICANN org, and the ICANN Board should be used to revise ToR objectives A, B, C and D.

Action Items:

  1. Circulate the thought paper amongst the Pilot Holistic Review ToR Team members
  2. Add weekly Plenary Meeting comments document to the wiki page on a weekly basis 
  3. Investigate cause of unreceived ToR team group emails 
  4. Use the approach outlined in the ATRT3 objective C thought paper to revise ToR objectives A, B, C, and D
