Pilot Holistic Review Meeting at ICANN 74

  • The group decided not to pursue a meeting at ICANN 74. The group expressed a preference for using another format, such as a webinar, to discuss the Pilot Holistic Review ToR with the community.

ToR Document Edits

  • The group agreed to replace the use of “all structures” with “the structures” in the Objectives section of the ToR.

Define meaning of “surveys” 

  • The group agreed to define the meaning of “surveys” in the ToR document and further discuss their purpose in the Pilot Holistic Review process.

Prework data collection and aggregation/analysis of practices for Pilot Holistic Review

  • The group agreed to have ICANN org support prework data collection and aggregation/analysis of practices for the Pilot Holistic Review.

Action Items:

  1. “All structures” to be replaced with “the structures” in the Objectives section of the ToR 
  2. Pilot Holistic Review ToR Team to define the meaning of “surveys” in the ToR document and further discuss their purpose in the Pilot Holistic Review process
  3. Explore mechanisms for prework data collection and aggregation/analysis of practices for the Pilot Holistic Review
  4. Compile new ToR draft comments into a document and circulate via email prior to next plenary call 
  5. Coordination Group to define “good practice” in the definition section of the ToR
  6. Overview of ToR deliverable roadmap to be given during the 28 April plenary call
