      This overview describes the  notifications for the different phases.

    2. Thank you all for making my first CPWG meeting on 22 September 2021 very useful. My submissions are as follows specific to India.

      In the context of legalities for IGOs:

      /* Excerpted from my mail dated Tue, 07 Apr 2020 11:48:41 +0530 to Dr. Alan Greenberg and Dr. Hadia ElMiniawi */

      Indian law defines two types of "legal person", the human beings as well as certain non-human entities which are given the same "legal judicial personality" as human beings.

      In your presentation, I get an firm opinion that human beings are always "natural persons".

      It is easy to infer that "legal person" status is typically taken as non-human being [voice less] by the law and "have rights and co-relative duties; they can sue and be sued, can possess and transfer property".

      Typical non-human entities given the status of "legal person" include "corporate personality, body politic, charitable unions, trust estates, "deity, temples, churches, mosques", hospitals, universities, colleges, banks, railways, municipalities, and gram panchayats (village councils), rivers, all animals and birds.

      /* Excerpt Ends */

      Also during the past few months, I found the attached the Domain Name Life Cycle with the Normal Active Period, Auto Renew Grace Period, Redemption Grace Period and Final Hold clearly specified in the registration process very useful to work with.
