Esperamos se encuentren bien junto a sus seres queridos y a buen resguardo.

Hemos compartido en reunión del Sub Comité de Operaciones, Finanzas y Presupuesto de ALAC unas ideas para comentario regional sobre el Plan 2021-2025 para LAC propuesto por el equipo de Participación Global de Partes Interesadas (GSE) de la ICANN.

Como podemos recordar el Plan consta de 4 partes muy puntuales, las cuales fueron presentadas en nuestra Reunión Mensual del 20 Abril 2020 por el Director de Proyectos Rodrigo Saucedo. Con una forma bien estructurada y de fácil lectura compartimos las versiones ES [icann.org],  EN [icann.org],  PT [icann.org],  FR [icann.org] en formato .PDF

Una Propuesta de Declaración ha sido confeccionada con varios aportes.  Invitamos a todas y todos a leerla y compartir sus comentarios en la lista de LACRALO y en esta wiki.

La estrategia presentada en el Plan 2021-2025 para LAC propone líneas de acción en las cuales hemos encontrado oportunidades para continuar el trabajo conjunto y es por ello que convocamos a dar una Aprobación Regional por Consenso a este breve Comentario Regional a partir de hoy y hasta el próximo Martes 14 julio 2020 a las 20-UTC.

Si no hay una oposición significativa, expresaremos nuestras coincidencias sobre el texto propuesto.  Por oposición significativa se entiende para estos fines si 5 (cinco) o más ALS están en contra de lo expuesto en el texto.

Dear Region

We hope you are well with your loved ones and in good shelter.

We shared at the ALAC Operations, Finance and Budget Sub-Committee meeting some ideas for regional comment on the 2021-2025 Plan for LAC proposed by ICANN's Global Stakeholder Engagement (GSE) team.

As we can remember, the Plan consists of 4 very specific parts, which were presented at our Monthly Meeting on April 20, 2020 by Project Director Rodrigo Saucedo. With a well-structured and easy-to-read form we share the versions ES,  EN,  PT,  FR in .PDF format

A Declaration Proposal has been made with various contributions. We invite everyone to read it and share their comments on the LACRALO list and on this wiki.

The strategy presented in the 2021-2025 Plan for LAC proposes lines of action in which we have found opportunities to continue joint work and that is why we call for a Regional Approval by Consensus to this brief Regional Comment starting today and until next Tuesday July 14, 2020 at 20-UTC.

If there is no significant opposition, we will express our agreement on the proposed text. A significant opposition is understood for these purposes if 5 (five) or more ALS are against what is stated in the text.
