  • Jonathan Zuck to work with Evan Leibovitch and Roberto Gaetano within the next 24-48 hours on an ALAC statement regarding ISOC Sells PIR. Alan Greenberg and John McCormack's feedback to be incorporated regarding the overcommercialization of .ORG.
  • Participants from the call to email Jonathan Zuckwith interest in contributing to the statement.
  • The statement to consist of two parts: 1) Process questions re: comments - Mozilla, et al, and 2) Identify commitments the At-Large would like ICANN to make, if they did approve the sale. ID enforceable commitments for new contract with PIR (Commitments from 2002 agreement and whether they can be built into the new contract). Assess whether have created mission-driven TLD or not, if not ask them to relegate .NGO.
