I think we need to break the principle of silence from ALS. For example, to introduce a mandatory response to the topics discussed, the expression of opinion to make a mandatory condition of presence. And maybe we need to change the form of communication channel (Is mean work on the better usability) with the aim to attract the reaction from the members and ALSs.
