- The Working Groups will meet every 2 months via teleconference

- Each LACRALO Monthly call will have a report from these groups
- Yesim Nazlar will create mailing lists for each WG.
- These WGs will take positions on particular issues as a Region.
- The WG members should also work in ALAC groups related.
- WGs will feed information to LACRALO ALAC members and take this input into account
- Sergio Salinas Porto and Harold Arcos will send a call for membership to LACRALO's mailing list
- Yesim Nazlar to schedule a call for next week with the LACRALO WG chairs, ALAC members (LACRALO new Board of Directors ) call for next week.
