If the answer is “yes,” please describe the material interest in ICANN GNSO policy development processes and outcomes:	From time to time, "Community Consensus Policy" has an opportunity to disrupt business or introduce commercial burdens. I will update my SoI should this change or I come into knowledge that I answered this incorrectly.
b) Are there any arrangements/agreements between you and any other group, constituency or person(s) regarding your participation as a work team member?	Yes
If the answer is “yes,” please describe the arrangements/agreements and the name of the group, constituency, or person(s):	I participated under contract as a subject matter resource to one of the IE evaluation firms that performed the Technical/Operation and Financial Evaluation on approximately 45-50% of the 2012 round of TLDs which just completed. As such, I may have knowledge that I might be under contractual obligation to keep confidential. This would relate to ICANN and the evaluation firms. I am participating as an 'observer' to monitor this group's activity only.
12) Please identify any Working Groups or other chartered teams in which you are participating (include acronyms, if applicable):	Currently, I participate in the Universal Acceptance working groups as a volunteer in my off-hours in a personal capacity. Formerly (prior to any commercial relationships) I was an expert in the SSAC-PSL review of the Public Suffix List (http://publicsuffix.org)
