  • Aziz Hilali  to ask AFRALO members to read the ITEMs report so they can give an informed opinion.
  • Aziz Hilaliwill ask send an email to all AFRALO members to post comments directly on the page on the Statement on the ITEMs report in order to draft a Regional  opinion with a deadline 11 March.
  • Tijani Ben Jemaa, Tijani Ben Jemaa,  Sarah Kiden, Ramanou S. BIAOU and Seun Ojedejiwill form a small group to work on the draft AFRALO-AFRICANN statement.
  • Gisella Gruber to organize an informal meeting in Copenhagen  for AFRALO members  and staff to discuss the Johanesburg meeting.
  • Sarah Kiden to send a positive Regional Advice  to the ALAC for accreditation of  the ICT Association of Malawi
