  • Limited feedback received on the documents circulated - input received from Mark on the review of the GNSO liaison to the GAC (supportive of identifying a designated GAC lead, for example GAC vice-chair).
  • QLM/GNSO PDP Stages - GAC public safety working group could be hooked into QLM as it might be the vehicle to engage in the PDP in the subsequent stages, or other relevant GAC WG. GAC to further consider the dynamics and mechanisms.
  • Discuss on the call how to proceed, factoring in work load: work intersessionally, online, based on the comments that have been submitted to date. Additional comments are welcome by email. Draft recommendations to be developed by staff in conjuction with CG leadership based on the input received to date - CG expected to provide input on those. Factor in cut off date for sharing documents with GAC and GNSO.
  • Next meeting scheduled for 5, 12 or 19 January at 14.00 UTC - CG Leadership will review meeting time / date closer to the meeting to determine whether there is any conflict with other pressing matters. Staff to circulate doodle poll to determine whether there will be sufficient attendance on 5, 12 or 19 January for next CG meeting.
