Action: Sidley will take away essence of discussion (Paul Kane's presentation of issues for ccTLDs) and attempt to incorporate it into Bylaws discussions. 

Expecting PTI Formation documents shortly

  Greg Shatan: (11:51) Given the lack of contracts with cc's, a contract might be problematic.

  Greg Shatan: (11:51) Unless we are talking about the IANA contract.

  Greg Shatan: (11:52) The cc's perceive some totemic value in provisions being in the Bylaws vs. the IANA contract.  Not sure that is a substantive distinction....
