I am a partner in the Trade Mark Litigation and Prosecution Departments at Adams & Adams in Cape Town.  I have 21 years experience in the prosecution and litigation of trade marks as well as advertising, domain name, copyright and competition law litigation.   I have since 2003 acted as a domain name panelist for the World Intellectual Property Organisation and I am a senior domain name adjudicator of the SA Institute of Intellectual Property Law.
