The WG created an online template using the Survey Monkey tool that allowed all responders to comment on each of the WG's Preliminary Recommendations and open questions individually)

II. Tabulation of All Public Comments Received

III. Tabulation of Public Comments pertaining to the WG's Open Questions

These comments were specifically compiled for the four individual Sub Teams formed by the WG, each responsible for reviewing responses relating to one or more of the WG's open questions in the Initial Report.

Public Comment Review Tool for Sub Team 1 (on Section 1.3.2 of the WG's Initial Report, covering the escalation of relay requests and the treatment of disclosure requests by law enforcement and other third parties aside from intellectual property rights-holders)

Public Comment Review Tool for Sub Team 2 (on Section 1.3.3 of the WG's Initial Report, covering the question of use of privacy and proxy services by domain name registrants or beneficial users where the domains are used for online financial transactions and commercial activities)

Public Comment Review Tool for Sub Team 3 (on Annex E of the WG's Initial Report, concerning the WG's proposal for an Illustrative Disclosure Framework to receive, process and respond to requests from trademark and copyright owners)

A fourth Sub Team was also formed, to review all remaining comments so as to ensure that the WG will have adequately considered all the public comments it received.
