I currently derive no income from any company that has a financial relationship or contract with ICANN. I have, in the past and may again in the future, worked with registries, registrars and domain name support service companies, but at no time has that revenue exceeded more than 25 percent of my consultancy's revenue. My current client portfolio derives primarily from my work in data protection and privacy. As a founding member of the board of TRUSTe and a former member of the board of the International Association of Privacy Professionals, I have a recognized ability to help companies focused on get and keep consumer permission to collect, secure and use data. Prospectively, should a new gTLD registry be awarded to voxpopuliregistry.com, I will then have the opportunity to negotiate an ongoing fee from that point forward. Finally, those companies I do support are all registrants who contribute required per domain name fees in support of ICANN's budget.
