- Matt Ashtiani to work on the budget with Heidi and adjust it to the format used by ICANN.
- Heidi Ullrich to research on the Universities to be invited.
- Aziz Hilali to give the group a budget for the booklets (which could be printed in Morocco at a cheaper price)
