About ISOC Uganda
The Internet Society (ISOC) - Uganda Chapter is a member of the global ISOC, an organisation with more than 44,000 individual members in over 80 Chapters around the world. The Chapter was Chartered June 1998 and rejuvenated 2011.
The ISOC Uganda Chapter like many other chapters seeks to foster and promote open development, evolution, and use of the Internet for the benefit of all for not for profit purposes in urban and rural communities while working with different like –minded institutions in the Uganda.
