  Katrina:for the record - my 'No" was about the idea to have another speaker, not about Hiro giving the welcome speech :)
  Ondrej Filip:I would increase the number of speakers/
  souleymane:yes
  Barbara Povse:I believe the number of presenters doesn't matter so much as wheather there's something new/important/special to present
  souleymane:ok for me
  Ajay Data (AP/India):I would request the session topic and it should be interesting.
  Ajay Data (AP/India):I would requst Hiro Hota to also cover his experice  of IDN
  Ajay Data (AP/India):Lets ask if Hiro could finishing his session in 15 minutes than we will need another speaker

  Patricio Poblete:Just a reminder to mute your dog :-D
  Alejandra Reynoso [.gt]:Sorry ;)
  Barbara Povse:I agree with Bart - chairs could encourage participation very much
  Katrina:“According to most studies, people's number one fear is public speaking. Number two is death. Death is number two. Does that sound right? This means to the average person, if you go to a funeral, you're better off in the casket than doing the eulogy.” ― Jerry Seinfeld
  Barbara Povse::-)
  Allan MacGillivray:Why do you think i use the chat so much:-)
  Katrina::-D
  Barbara Povse:Now it will be even more difficult to get  session chairs :-)))
  Alejandra Reynoso [.gt]:;)
  Patricio Poblete:A small suggestion to speed things up when taking the temperature of the room: ask everybody to raise the card of their preferred color, all at the same time. This is better than asking in sequence (first gten, then red, the yellow) if you do not need to count the preferences, just to get a rough estimate of people's opinions
  Patricio Poblete:green*
  Bart Boswinkel:But also you as MPC!!
  Bart Boswinkel:thsiway you evalaute the meetng
