She organized the <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q0DwcBPRGso">40th anniversary celebrations</a> of the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Mother_of_All_Demos">Mother of All Demos</a>, called <a href="http://www.slideshare.net/TechVirtual/tom-malone-program-for-the-future-dec-8-presentation">Program for the Future</a> and <a href="http://www.tcpip40.com/">TCP/IP</a>. An early pioneer in Customer Relationship Management, she was on the Oracle 2-person skunkworks team that designed and coded the first CRM system, OASIS. She studied finance at MIT under future Nobel winners <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_C._Merton">Robert Merton</a> and <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Franco_Modigliani">Franco Modigliani</a>, before going to Silicon Valley to work for Intel, before working at Oracle under the leadership first of <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thomas_Siebel">Tom Siebel</a> who later founded and sold Siebel Systems to Oracle,  then <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marc_Benioff">Marc Benioff</a>, now CEO of SalesForce. As Socio Technical lead for the US DoD’s initiative looking at the Future of Health, she co-authored the paper on the new <a href="https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BxWhDjUmHhD6WTBxLUJGTkkxeEU/view?usp=sharing">Networked Leadership competencies</a> and <a href="https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BxWhDjUmHhD6NWxFWUVRcDNUWFU/view?usp=sharing">Trail Guides and Trading Posts on the Journey to Health</a>. She is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on <a href="https://www.weforum.org/communities/the-future-of-the-digital-economy-and-society">Digital Economy and Society</a>, and on the Steering Committee for the Internet for All initiative of the World Economic Forum.
