Join us in the beautiful city of art and architecture — Barcelona — to discover the architecture of ICANN and art of policy making. Building on the success of the joint NCUC-At Large sessions at ICANN 58, 60, 61 and 62, this session represents a joint event of the  Non-Commercial Users Constituency (http://ncuc.org)  and At-Large (https://atlarge.icann.org ) for local Academia, Civil Society, and Individual Users.

We are building the agenda around policy issues and specific topics presented in a renewed Town Hall interactive format. This exciting session aims to help attendees - both newcomers and seasoned community members who want to know more about policy - to get their head in the ICANN policy architecture and to give them real background information on the issues NCUC and At-Large are working on and on the differences and similarities in NCUC/At-Large positions.

Barcelona is a universe of architectural marvels. ICANN might be too.
