•  1)   Humberto Carrasco will put into Spanish the revisions that he agreed with Jacqueline - before Friday, July 20
•  2)    We will give the documents back to the interpreters for a final English / Spanish review.
•  3)    A short document will be written accompanying the operating principles document, which helps explain key points, mentions the key components, and also mentions that at the point of having a vice president and vice secretary, a member wants to propose an alternative without that figure.
•  4)  Maritza Yesenia Aguero Minano will schedule a webinar on the agenda to introduce the document.
•  5)    The webinar opens a two-week comment period.
•  6)    Depending on the comments received, a period of one week is allowed to make revisions and put a final version out for a vote.

Regarding the other documents, it was noted that the amendment on individual members and the metrics document are about to finish up a comment period and will soon be put to a vote. The Emeritus Council will be distributed for comments soon.
