Alan Greenberg:There are two main reasons that LACRALO may want to try to create a LACRALO position on a subject. 1) if you beleive that LACRALO will have a substantially different position than other parts of At-Large. 2) if you feel there is a strong interest in an issue and want to include Spanish-speaking people who may have a problem wworking directly with the larger At-Large group.
