| Follow up on updated FY18 Outreach and Engagement Strategies Strategy for each RALO for FY18 | O&E Co-chairs | As per the requirements since from the FY16 Community Regional Outreach Pilot Program (CROPP)-FY16 program, the proposed FY18 CROP FY18 requires an updated Outreach Strategic Plan for each RALO. Such Outreach and Engagement Strategies Strategy will require approval by RALOs and by the RALO approval as well as regional Global Stakeholder Engagement (GSE) approval before any FY18 CROP proposals for FY18 can be are filed. As of 24 July 24 2017, APRALO, LACRALO and NARALO have formally approved plans in place. | |||
| At-Large Community Onboarding The Community Onboarding Pilot Program is a collaboration between ICANN Organization and ICANN’s the ICANN Community to more effectively integrate new community Community members into their volunteer roleroles. The program aims to create a structured, year-round (not meeting Meetings-focused) onboarding process tailored by and for each community Onboarding process taiored to each Community group. The program consists of three main pillars:
Members of the SC on O&E are working to build building out this structured onboarding Onboarding process for At-Large - see. See At-Large Community Onboarding for the presentations /approach and work developed to date. | Beran Dondeh Gillen, Isaac Maposa and Dev Anand Teelucksingh have been working on a the Community Onboarding Project. See At-Large Community Onboarding for the presentations /approach and content work developed to date. Between ICANN58 and ICANN59, the work developed has been shared on the RALO leadership callLeadership Calls, RALO monthly calls Monthly Calls and ALAC monthly call. To note, this is further building on the work done on the Introduction/promotion of At-Large presentation done by the O&E in the preparation of its sessions with Nextgen Monthly Calls. Note: The program builds upon an O&E presentation introducing At-Large to NextGen.
