 These high-level notes are designed to help PDP WG members navigate through the content of the call and are not meant as a substitute for the transcript and/or recording. The MP3, transcript, and chat are provided separately and are posted on the wiki here.

Notes:

• PDP is divided into two phases – Phase 1 includes a review of the Post Delegation Dispute Resolution Policy (PDDRP), the Trademark Clearinghouse, the RPMs consisting of Sunrise Registrations and Trademark Claims Notices in addition to the Uniform Rapid Suspension system (URS)
• Phase 2 of the PDP will include a review of the Uniform Dispute Resolution Process (UDRP)
• WG liaising and coordinating with the GNSO new gTLD Subsequent Procedures PDP – interdependencies between the that PDP and phase 1 of the RPMs review exist
• WG currently still in phase 1, and has completed its review of the PDDRP and the Trademark Clearinghouse – now reviewing Sunrise Registrations and Trademark Claims
• Charter questions on Sunrise Registrations and Trademark Claims were refined by two Sub Teams – original Charter questions were the result of community input, and were in some cases repetitive or unclear
• Sub Teams also identified what data is required to answer Charter questions, as well as potential sources for data collection
